At Zenovara Fashion, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a smooth and transparent return process.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

The item was purchased directly from zenovarafashion.com.

Sale, clearance, or final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:

Email us at info@zenovarafashion.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll send you a return authorization and instructions for sending your item back.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Zenovara Fashion error.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us.
We recommend placing a new order for the correct item and returning the original to avoid delays.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@zenovarafashion.com with photos of the issue. We’ll replace or refund your item promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
