Returns & Refunds Policy | Zenovara Fashion

At Zenovara Fashion, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a smooth and transparent return process.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

  • The item was purchased directly from zenovarafashion.com.

  • Sale, clearance, or final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@zenovarafashion.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you a return authorization and instructions for sending your item back.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Zenovara Fashion error.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us.
We recommend placing a new order for the correct item and returning the original to avoid delays.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@zenovarafashion.com with photos of the issue. We’ll replace or refund your item promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Intimates or swimwear

  • Gift cards

  • Final-sale or promotional items
